How to choose the right type of cane?

You can choose between an adjustable or non-adjustable cane. Adjustable canes are more versatile for everyday use, for example, they are easier to use on public transportation or in crowded situations (concerts, other busy places). However, you will need to adjust it to your height each time you fold or unfold it.

Non-adjustable canes do not offer this flexibility, but they are slightly more economical and do not need to be adjusted each time they are stored. They are also easier to repair yourself, whereas adjustable canes generally need to be repaired in our workshops.
How to choose your adjustable cane?

The Flex Cane has an adjustable handle, based on our standard canes. It is foldable and easy to repair yourself, and its lacquered finish gives it a high-end look.

The Clips Cane is our latest addition. It is a combination of a telescopic and foldable cane. Its aluminum and carbon alloy makes it highly impact-resistant, and its Kevlar cord is virtually indestructible. However, you will need to purchase our range of specific tips for Clip Poles, which are screw-on tips, unlike the interchangeable hook tips on all our other poles.
How to choose the right size walking stick?

Ideally, we recommend that your walking stick be about 40 cm shorter than your height. For example, if you are 5'7", we recommend a 130 cm walking stick.

Of course, if you are used to a certain cane size, stick with it!

As non-adjustable canes are manufactured in 5 cm increments, we recommend choosing the closest size according to the 40 cm rule. For example, if you are 1.72 m tall, ideally you would need a 132 cm cane, but we only manufacture 130 cm and 135 cm canes. In this case, we recommend choosing 130 cm!
How to choose your handle?
  • Without handle: Economical but not ergonomic, recommended for very short distances (moving around indoors or within a limited area) or as a replacement cane while yours is being repaired.
  • Straight handle: The classic model, with or without a flat surface, black, colored, wooden, or cork. This is the most popular cane. A sturdy and easy-to-use cane.
  • Repairable straight handle: Thanks to a clever screw cap, you can repair your elastic yourself if it is too worn!
  • Angled handle: Developed to limit the load on the wrist, it allows easy use of the cane in all circumstances while protecting your joints.
  • Shock-absorbing handle: This is the big innovation for 2025. Equipped with a shock absorber in the handle, this cane will reduce shocks to your hand and therefore fatigue. In the event of a sudden obstacle, it will also reduce the impact of a possible shock to the groin. Although less economical, it can still be repaired in our workshops.
  • Lightweight handle: A version with a shorter handle (18 cm instead of 22 cm) and a single elastic cord to make the cane as light as possible (40 g lighter than an 8N straight cane). It will be slightly less sturdy in terms of the elastic cord, but you can adjust the tension of the cord, and it will be easy to repair.
  • How to choose your handle?
  • Straight handle: The classic handle, with or without a flat side, black, colored, wooden, or cork. This is the most popular walking stick. It is sturdy and easy to use.
  • Angled handle: Designed to limit the strain on the wrist, it allows for easy use of the cane in all circumstances while protecting your joints.
